  Install relevant Gnuplot files profiled for Napa :
  **************************************************

  1.   FIRST !!!!  DELETE the directory '\Simulate\PlotDos\Gnuplot'

  2.   INSTALL Gnuplot with the Gnuplot installation in      '\Simulate\PlotDos\Gnuplot'

  3.   COPY the new '\Simulate\PlotDos\Gnuplot' directory as '\Simulate\PlotDos\Gnuplot_NEW'
  4.   AND UNINSTALL Gnuplot

  5.   RENAME directory '\Simulate\PlotDos\Gnuplot_NEW'   as '\Simulate\PlotDos\Gnuplot'
  
  6.   RUN the batch file 'Install_Gnuplot.bat'  to profile Gnuplot to the NAPA environment
